For sale is one laser diode array with 24x m-140 445nm this module mounts to a knife edge. Nichia m-140 m-type if you're interested in that I can send it with the item. They can be easily removed by removing the screws from heat sink.

It can be run as whole unit with the right drivers. Unit was tested and all diodes are fully functional. If your a beginner please do research and ask questions.
