This is a used non-working laser cutter. Conversely the less you use them shorter lifespan. This is less that what uls charge. We took this in trade from a customer for newer model.

The reason it is not working that laser tubes are spent. There are two of them. I am pricing this in an as-is state.

5 years, and the more you use them longer they last. Laser tubes have an average life span of 5.
