Instruction sheet and manual are discolored a bit from age. From a smoke free home. Laser was manufactured by Metrologic instruments, inc. Comes in original box with carrying handle, box is also a little discolored from age.

Battery pack has a clip which can be attached to a belt. See photos in listing. From label on laser is in excellent condition, bright white on the outside.
