The Hamamatsu L6380 lamp also has a dark discolored spot on however its not as some of other lamps. The Perkin Elmer lamp has some wear and scuffs on mounting points either end of bulb.
The Hamamatsu L6380 lamp has a dark spot on bulb indicating its been used quite bit. No guarantees, officially for parts repair. They both have some corrosion and tarnishing to the metal heat shield mount of paint has worn off.
