I'm not sure whether the tripod mount ending in a hollow aluminum tube can be repurposed for other uses, such as photography, ideograph, sound, lighting, etc. The tripod is well aligned and all adjustment components are fully functional.
Its approximately 35 pounds, but if the weight is measured more than that at ups i'll cover difference in shipping price. All parts are in excellent condition and little used. It was initially part of a set two cases, but does not come with the second case, laser package or instrument mount for top tripod.
This is great for a lab with partial setup in which the case or tripod are missing damaged. But with the right flexible clamps or other hardware adapters anything is possible.
