Looking at the head you notice plug is upside down vs green ones and presence of several indicators that are not present on heads either. The head was converted from fiber coupled to free space by SAM Goldwater at SAM's laser FAQ.
The laser produces 60 mw nm infrared. Almost certainly not slam like its green cousins though.
Tested today. This is a rare to find Ir version of the famous 315m green laser.
But a tem and stable 1319 nm Ir laser. Make me a reasonable offer.
